VisionREZ is much more than just a set of features; its solution processes are specifically customized to assist in the model creation process. We have developed new objects – roof, trim, along with projected window and window group tools. We have defined an “A to Z” productivity process for residential work that brings needed standardization to the model development process. These enhancements have been achieved by replacing user-configured design options with standardized configurations.

The platform includes a suite of solutions, which are specifically optimized for those areas most likely to hinder over all performance, such as roof design, trim detailing, labeling, framing and bill of materials (BOM). By delivering faster designs with reduced repetitious manual user input, the accurate and detailed models and construction documents will make your ideas and visions “crystal clear” for your customers and assist you by saving more money and time!

The rapid development cycles of the residential industry call for “out-of-the-box” capability with limited front end set up, and the capacity for uniform development through pre-set standards. VisionREZ makes it possible for customers to build an accurate Building Information Model with little more effort than it takes to draw a set of plans using traditional 2D CAD methods. While many generic CAD and modeling programs have poorly synchronized standards and processes and others promise a “one size fits all” model, the VisionREZ customized processes provide a seamless solution specific to your organizational needs. Wall styles, wall heights, trim styles and roof styles may be set. Window and door styles are pre-defined in VisionREZ but you can create your own, or download others. Standardized templates save time and provide for uniformity of drawings created across several users in one or multiple offices. This solution-based process yields products and services that directly impact product development cycles.
