- First, verify that you have Java installed on your computer:

Second, verify that you have JavaScript enabled on your browser:

3. Select the "Advanced" Tab
4. Scroll down until you see "Java (Sun)," and check the box for "enable JRE for <applet> (requires restart)."
5. Click "Ok"
6. Restart your browser for the changes to take effect
Third, set VUDOX® has a Trusted Site
1. Within Internet Explorer, click "Tools"
2. Click "Internet Options"
3. Select the "Security" Tab
4. Select "Trusted Sites"
5. Click the "Sites" Button
6. Uncheck "Require server Verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
7. In the input box, where it says "Add this website to the zone" enter: http://client.vudox.com, click "Add"
8. In the input box, where it says "Add this website to the zone" enter: http://login.projectshare.com, click "Add"
9. In the input box, where it says "Add this website to the zone" enter:
http://www.visionrez.com, click "Add"

11. Click "Custom level..." Button
12. Reset to: "Medium-low", click "Reset..." Button
13. Click "Ok"
